DAMIAN BABINEAUX

Senior  Relationship Manager

Damian works directly with ADVANTAGE clients to monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support effective program execution. His hands-on experience with real-world program challenges allows him to bring practical insight to ACADEMY discussions, including performance trends, operational efficiencies, and client-tested solutions.

His perspective bridges strategy and day-to-day execution, making his sessions especially relevant for institutions focused on measurable results and operational consistency.

CHERYL LAWSON

Executive Vice President of Compliance Review

Cheryl leads ADVANTAGE’s internal compliance team and serves as liaison with regulatory counsel regarding overdraft-related requirements. At ACADEMY, she provides clarity around regulatory expectations, examination considerations, and defensible compliance practices — helping attendees translate complex regulatory developments into practical oversight strategies.

JENNIFER PEOPLES

Vice President Product Management

Jennifer leads ADVANTAGE’s implementation and product development teams, directing the ongoing evolution of the ADVANTAGE platform and technology solutions. She oversees new feature development, system enhancements, and strategic technology initiatives designed to improve efficiency and strengthen program performance for billing clients.

At ACADEMY, Jennifer provides insight into how technology supports effective program management — from reporting capabilities and performance monitoring to leveraging platform features that enhance operational consistency and execution.

Maggie Thompson

Training & Development Manager

Maggie leads ADVANTAGE’s training initiatives, including ACADEMY, virtual and onsite program training, and the Learning Center within the ADVANTAGE platform. Her background in retail banking and operational leadership enables her to design and facilitate practical sessions focused on employee education, communication strategies, and service delivery.

She ensures ACADEMY remains interactive, collaborative, and grounded in real-world application.
